• The most current IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM) and the Airport Ramp Services course textbook will be provided in ebook. and technical specifications for the IGOM.
Course format
• This is a self-study course, which will take you approximately 40 hours to complete depending on your previous knowledge and experience.
• The course materials are provided in e-book format. (20 hours trainer led & 20 hours self study)
• You will have 12 months to complete the course and exam (enrollment validity), which starts from the date you purchase the course.
• Your performance will be based on an examination.

• After the enrollment validity expires you will no longer have access to the course content, nor will you be able to take the exam.
Certificate awarded
Upon successful completion of the exam, you will be awarded an IATA Certificate .
